OCP Group, through its Specialty Products & Solutions (SPS) Strategic Business Unit, has signed a global Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, to deepen their long-standing collaboration and jointly drive forward innovative, resilient, and sustainable supply chain solutions.

This agreement marks a significant new chapter in the enduring OCP-Maersk partnership, building on years of successful cooperation and shared dedication to logistics excellence. The renewed collaboration is focused on delivering agile, digitalized, and environmentally responsible logistics strategies that will support OCP’s global expansion, especially through its SPS business unit.

The scope of the MoU covers ocean and inland transportation, logistics services, digital supply chain management, education and training initiatives, as well as ambitious sustainability efforts aimed at creating a more efficient and eco-friendly global supply network.
