Maersk expands E-Commerce Delivery Access within North America Through New Partnership with Shipstore

A.P. Moller – Maersk (Maersk) has announced a new collaboration with Shipstore, a shipping automation platform for high-volume parcel shippers, to make Maersk’s e-commerce delivery services directly accessible through the Shipstore platform.

As e-commerce continues to expand, businesses are seeking simpler ways to manage shipments, meet customer expectations, and reach new markets. Through the integration, Shipstore customers can access Maersk’s North American delivery services directly within the platform they already use to manage orders and shipments, helping streamline operations and reduce complexity.

The collaboration combines Shipstore’s shipping technology with Maersk’s logistics capabilities across North America, giving customers greater access to delivery options and a more streamlined shipping experience.

Making Shipping Simpler for Growing Businesses

"Customers are looking for shipping solutions that are easy to use and can grow alongside their business. Through our collaboration with Shipstore, we’re making it easier for online businesses to connect with Maersk’s delivery network through a platform they already know and trust. Together, we’re helping customers simplify shipping and deliver a better experience for the people they serve."
- Prashant Shah, Head of E-Commerce for North America, Maersk

The collaboration highlights Maersk’s continued investment in digital solutions designed to simplify access to logistics services. As businesses increasingly depend on connected technologies to manage their operations, Maersk is integrating its services with the platforms customers use in their day-to-day workflows.

Shipstore provides high-volume shippers with a centralized control layer for parcel operations, allowing them to apply their own business rules to each order while managing labels, documentation, and tracking through a single workflow. Customers with a Maersk delivery program can manage their shipping volumes through Shipstore alongside their existing carriers, giving them greater flexibility in fulfilling orders and meeting customer needs. By streamlining shipping processes and consolidating key tasks within one platform, the integration allows businesses to spend less time managing logistics and more time focusing on growth.

Bringing More Choice and Flexibility to Customers

Our goal is to make shipping easier for businesses of all sizes. Adding Maersk’s delivery capabilities to the Shipstore platform gives our customers access to a trusted logistics provider, while allowing them to continue managing shipping through a single, familiar platform. Together, we’re helping businesses reach more customers and grow with confidence.
- Nick Osbern, President, Shipstore

The partnership further expands Maersk’s presence in the growing e-commerce logistics market, as the company continues to invest in digital capabilities, platform integrations, and end-to-end delivery solutions. These efforts are designed to help customers simplify their supply chains while supporting a more seamless online shopping experience.

Across North America, Maersk provides brands with integrated e-commerce logistics covering inventory management, fulfillment, transportation, and final-mile delivery. The company currently handles more than 10 million e-commerce parcels annually in the region, with volumes continuing to grow.
