Enilive signs agreement to acquire OIL!’s fuel service stations in Europe from Prax

Enilive has signed a binding agreement, through its subsidiary Enilive Deutschland GmbH, to acquire 100% of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH from Prax Limited. The deal, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, covers OIL!’s mobility retail business across Germany, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland.

The acquisition will add around 320 service stations to Enilive’s European network, strengthening its presence in key markets while expanding its footprint in Denmark. With this addition, Enilive will continue growing its network of approximately 5,300 service stations across Europe.

Once the transaction is completed, OIL!’s stations will be gradually integrated into Enilive’s network, offering a broader range of mobility solutions. Alongside conventional fuels, customers will gain access to lower-emission products such as HVO biofuel, electric vehicle fast and ultra-fast charging, and expanded convenience and food services, including the Enilive Café concept, which already operates at more than 1,200 locations across Europe.
