bp awards Halliburton integrated contract for Bumerangue field appraisal in Brazil
Halliburton has announced that it has been awarded an integrated contract by bp for the first appraisal campaign at the Bumerangue field, located in Brazil’s deepwater offshore region. The contract covers a comprehensive range of services designed to accelerate the appraisal program for bp’s recent discovery.
The agreement includes an integrated package of drilling services aimed at optimizing reservoir evaluation and enhancing operational efficiency. Halliburton will leverage its drilling and evaluation capabilities to provide an integrated execution model for the appraisal drilling program.
By consolidating multiple services under a single integrated approach, Halliburton aims to reduce operational complexity and streamline project execution. The campaign will also utilize Halliburton’s LOGIX™ automation and remote operations technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall drilling performance.
